MIU PET uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Learn more about shipping times, methods, costs, and carriers.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out with 48 hours. If you have a special case or requirement please note us. (In the process of adding to cart you can leave note to us).
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email, and tracking ID will be notified via email within 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped out.

International Shipping
Beside US local, all the MIU PET prodcuts can be delivered to most of the countries and regions, and please provide the correct phone number, and please get noticed that any tax or duty, if any, shall be borne by the buyer. The amount of the tax and duty is depended on the customs of your country.

How do you clean it ?
If you want to clean the hair on the brush, then you just need to push the button behind the brush and the hair will just fall off. It is a self-clean brush. If you want to clean the brush itself, then you can use warm water or alcohol.
Can this dog water bottles be one-handed?

Almost, but it may not be suitable for extra- large dogs,such as Shepherd dogs or Great Pyrenees. You can buy nail clippers specially designed for extra-large dogs.
Does this work for small dogs, such as pomeranian and dachshund?

How often do I use?
You can use it once about every 8-10 days. But the specific situation depends on your pet's nail growth rate.
