When can I expect my order?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out with 48 hours. If you have a special case or requirement please note us. (In the process of adding to cart you can leave note to us).
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email, and tracking ID will be notified via email within 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped out.
Can I use a PO Box shipping address?
No, please note that PO Boxes, AOP, FPO, and DPO address are not eligible.
International Shipping
MIU PET prodcuts can be delivered to most of the countries and regions, and please provide the correct phone number, and please get noticed that any tax or duty, if any, shall be borne by the buyer. The amount of the tax and duty is depended on the customs of your country.
Why I only recieved one pacakge?
Note: your products might be sent out separately if you ordered several items together.
Delivery Time
Contiguous U.S.: 5-7 days (standard shipping)
US Territories and Freely Associated States: 7-10 days (standard shipping)
Rest of the World: 10-15 days.

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information, if you don't recieve the tracking ID, don't worry, the tracking info will be updated within 2-3 business days, and you will be notified via email.
